Nowadays, more and more men are longing for a woman that is sensitive enough to know his needs and also his wants. One of these needs is the need to be away from you from time to time. Would you be prepared to let him go when he asks for a little freedom? And how can you tell when he's just about ready to ask?
HE'LL STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM YOU AS POSSIBLE.
Men aren't as vocal as women are so don't expect him to just come up to you and say, "Hey, I want to go on a sabbatical". If he starts to distance himself from you, then expect him to ask for a moment alone pretty soon.
HE'LL BE SAD MOST OF THE TIME.
Some men would rather avoid confrontations and bouts of crying by lingering around even when he's already aching to go someplace else. But, rest assured, that he won't be his usual jolly self when he wants a time out. He'll be very quiet and this should be a clue for you to discuss this with him.
HE WILL BE RESTLESS.
Since his mind is wandering, this man will look restless. He'll pace to and fro; he'll turn the TV on then turn it off; he'll get up from bed then spend hours at the terrace. Don't start thinking of the worst situation when he begins to behave in this manner. Cut him some slack and wait for him to go through this phase.
IT WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE TO CONVERSE WITH HIM.
This guy will turn down any opportunity to speak with you. He will zip his lips and you would definitely have a hard time speaking to him. Even if you try to reach out, he might curl into his shell and just ignore you.
HE WILL HAVE A GLAZED EXPRESSION.
This man is deep in thought so don't expect him to smile or even give you a nod while you're talking. Since his thinking of something at the moment, his eyes might look at you but his expression would tell that he isn't mentally present.
HE COULD BECOME GRUMPY.
This guy might have his own set of tantrums. It will be hard to ask him to do things for you and he'll go about his day with much sulking. If he begins to act like a spoiled child, just ignore him. Confronting him won't do you any good since he's not his normal self at the moment.
HE MIGHT ASK YOU TO GO OUT WITH YOUR GIRL FRIENDS.
When he can't take it anymore, this guy might even resort to asking you to go out and be somewhere else. This is so he could sort things out on his own. Don't start feeling bad when he asks you to have a girls' night out. Instead, thank him and cheerfully leave. Then silently pray that he'll be okay the moment you come back.
