The News Bundle Ethan Needs An Umbrella In Fifth Clip From Beautiful Creatures

At the end of last week, Warner Brothers began a massive push for their upcoming adaptation" Beautiful Creatures", which blends romance with supernatural abilities along with seeming like a hit for the Valentine's Day crowd. As the clips began to flex Lena's mysterious powers, the romance between she and male lead Ethan began to bloom. But today in the latest look at the upcoming film, the couple have a spat while up-and-comer Alden Ehrenreich certainly delivers a spark in his performance that might just convince you that the film is worth checking out.

A supernatural love story set in the South, "Beautiful Creatures" tells the tale of two star-crossed lovers: Ethan (Ehrenreich), a young man longing to escape his small town, and Lena (Alice Englert), a mysterious new girl. Together, they uncover dark secrets about their respective families, their history and their town. Oscar nominee Richard LaGravenese ("The Fisher King"," P.S. I Love You") directs from his adaptation of the first novel in the best-selling series by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl.

Starring Alden Ehrenreich, newcomer Alice Englert, Jeremy Irons, Viola Davis, Emmy Rossum, Thomas Mann and Emma Thompson, "Beautiful Creatures" hits theaters on February 14th.
