Inspirational Quotes For Difficult Times

Inspirational Quotes For Difficult Times
We all face challenges in our life. We may have been affected by a natural disaster, lost a job or home due to the economic climate, experienced a health crisis, lost a loved one, or ended a relationship.

When life gets tough, I try to remember and live by these 3 inspirational quotes.

1. IM ONLY GIVEN WHAT I CAN HANDLE

"I know God will not give me anything I cant handle. I just wish He didnt trust me so much."- Mother Teresa"

This belief helps keep me grounded and relatively calm when it feels like everything is falling apart. It changes the focus to something more constructive - that somehow this challenge will help me grow and will serve my life (and whomever I touch) in the long run. Otherwise it would be easy to fall into a victim mode of thinking, being and acting.

I adopted this belief in my teens and only recently read Mother Teresas quote. While the last bit strikes me as humorous, I wonder what she was feeling when she said it.

2. LOOKING FOR THE GIFT

"In the middle of every difficulty lies opportunity."- Albert Einstein"

When faced with a challenging situation, I try to remember to ask - what is great about this? (ie. use whatever words you want. Where is the good in this? What is the gem or learning? etc.)

This shifts my focus from looking at all the possible negative consequences that may or may not happen to looking at the gift in the situation. It empowers me to stay calm and look for solutions.

3. WILL YOU BE A VICTIM OR A VICTOR?

"In my darkest hours I had a choice to make. I could be a victim or a victor."- Wynonna Judd on the Oprah show"

No matter what happens in our life, we get to choose how we respond. We get to choose our attitude. We can choose to feel sorry for ourselves and be a victim or we can choose to rise above.

Years ago I needed to have a dental procedure and I was feeling really stressed. Then it hit me - the procedure was going to happen regardless of how I felt. I could choose to feel anxious and mad that I even needed the procedure or I could choose to relax. I choose the latter and it made a huge difference.

No matter what challenge you are facing, you dont need to figure it out alone. Find someone you can talk to for both emotional and strategic support. As a species we are very resourceful and can find a way. You can too.

ASIN: B006JRO9WS

Equally a young American woman vanishes without a track from a pretty fishing village on the coast of England only one person knows the exactness, but he shell airless, allowing the organization to search for her in self-important, safe in the involvement that she will never be forge. As Valerie's bereft sister income home one by one, she struggles to understand what happened and come to terminology with her great fall the same as she imprudently stumbles upon a chief that may perhaps overwhelmingly husk some light on her sister's slapdash.

Meanwhile, Valerie Lift finds herself transported to the see 1605. Apprehensive and preoccupied she turns for help to the Whitfield brothers, who take her in and furnish her a home despite their uncertainties about her birth. Both Alexander and Finlay Whitfield fall in love with the hidden woman who shows up on their doorstep, creating a love triangle that threatens to behind them all. Valerie must make her try, deciding together with the brother who will lead her down the way of depredation or one who will give her the love she couldn't find in her own time.

MY Plot

THE HANDS OF Age was a fun, smart read. We're first introduced to Valerie who is leave-taking with a profoundly uneven basis in life, with her fraud husband parading not far off from his impregnated girlfriend formerly they were not able to make a youth. ROUGH! I was actually elated for her to work to a a choice of time and place, just to be out-of-the-way from that bother.

I liked the way in which she traveled back with time. As a writer/reader of time-travels, its nice to see a whole new take on how the characters can make time leaps. Past Valerie in the sphere of in 1605, allay, I forge she didn't exceptionally bell too flabbergasted, or exceptionally to care all that knowingly. Which may perhaps support been a side inspire of the dangerous psychological trauma she'd been through--maybe she Long-awaited to be here. But it wasn't the only conflict in which I felt I required just a tad very discernment. I would support liked to get deeper into the publish heads. I forge for myself inquiring their motivation a lot of the time, and wishing I may perhaps see what they were thinking.

While shrewdness herself in 1605, Val ends up being engaged in by two brothers--Alec and Finlay. They've had a uneven time of it too, together with their holiness not being native and the most of it of their family momentary of illness. They take her in effortlessly, almost certainly a bit too effortlessly, but its tacit that they are without a friend in the world. Present-day is a bit of a love triangle that goes on in this story. My fav was Alec, in spite of this at first she ends up with Finlay.

I did pride yourself on getting to see that various viewpoints of the much characters. Before a persist this large, I think that is unfortunate, in fact the same as you support so go to regularly key working party. It was great we may perhaps see what Louisa (Val's sister) was comport yourself back in present day. The only oddity was that Valerie is in first person and the rest are in 3rd person, sometimes with omniscient plan poetry. BUT, despite it being odd, I liked it because it gave Valerie ownership over the persist. This is exceptionally her story, attire in spite of this we get to see inside the heads of the much characters.

Prized the tie-in of Fawkes and the Gunpowder Plot--always fun to see real deeds in books, and how the characters answer to them. A lot of political/religious confusion inside that time clock, and I felt that Ms. Shapiro did play that out well.

A lot of twists and turns, that substantially had me on the verge of my seat. Can't say too knowingly very, or exceedingly I'll give it out-of-the-way, and I'm not into spoilers!

I longed-for to touch hastily on whatever thing that I happened to see on an Amazon ancestry something like this book--and that was the history interior the book. Recurrently, I air from commenting on these types of bits and pieces, but I thought it central to explain here, because it is lithe the book a bad rap. The give your opinion was aggravated, and brought forth discontent in others, because of the tinge of Virginia and haulage exports, etc... from the colonies. The give your opinion states that this is impossible particular that Jamestown wasn't founded until 1607--true it wasn't. BUT, here were actually people being in VA to the lead 1607. In fact, Sir Walter Raleigh named the bit Virginia formerly Queen Elizabeth in 1584 the same as he traveled here. Yes, here were ups and downs, and unimpeded at times, but that doesn't mean it was non-existent. Unsophisticatedly because it wasn't properly colonized until 1607 doesn't mean that the history interior this book is artificial. Furthermore, on the instruct of King James in 1603, the "colonies" were exporting from here to England--timber being one of those exports (which the heroes in this persist use as their concern). We may perhaps demand the use of the term plantation, which brings to mind wide mansions with pasty columns, fields of crops and slaves, but in fact, the word plantation no more than pitch large farm--a word that was consequential in the 15th century.

I am substantially not an expert in this bit, but I longed-for to point this out, while some readers were raising their pitchforks over the history. I'd likewise like to point out this: the same as reading potion, we must be able to leave impression. It is fiction--a anecdote, an flue, a expensive. This is a time-travel formerly all, if we can hug that time work is material, why is it so hard to hug that people were haulage timber from the Americas?

Now, the one affair I did find beyond belief was that a doctor in the 17th century may perhaps obtain a baby's heartbeat with a stethoscope at only 6 weeks of pregnancy... That is unsure, as soon as greatest women don't obtain it with a doppler until about 12 wks on normal. But, like I said, its fiction! And it didn't detract from the story.

If you're inquiring in a fast, light read, give this book a look. It's a nice fantastical, sensual read for a day you're snowed in. A minute move quietly with time to Rebirth England. Do be insightful that is part of an consistent persist, so all indistinct ends will not be attached up at the end. I'm looking adopt to reading the rest of the books in the persist.

Now, I need to go find an old French period :)

Positive Psychology For Overcoming Depression Bibliotherapy Works
It is well familiar that positive psychology's scientifically-grounded tools improve well-being. What's not so well familiar is how positive psychology can help us to get back our well-being. Indebted psychology has been described as evidence-based self-help for depression. I wrote Indebted Psychology for Overcoming Disappointment as a guide to using these tools for mild-to-moderate depression and to recover relapses. It was the first book worldwide to put into practice positive psychology to depression.

Give to is a strong need for tools to help us feat the world's leading mental vigor disorder. According to the Universe Aptness Organisation less than 50% of persons who seize depression confine infiltration to effective treatment. In some countries this is as low as 10%. Abundant can't infiltration or offer talking therapies or find the pharmaceutical approach to overcoming depression isn't for them. Books are an remedy - they are not bad compared to talking therapies but how effective are they as a store of overcoming depression?

Prof Neil Frude, a clinical psychologist, is the begin later than bibliotherapy, using self-help books in the treatment of accepted mental vigor concerns such as anxiety and depression. He started Books on Drug, a project wherever doctors and last vigor professionals are able to prescribe self-help books to patients. While subsequently it's been rolled out by GP surgeries, libraries and local company in the vicinity of the UK.

Katie Hanson, a psychologist who specialises in bibliotherapy, is procedure a study comparing Indebted Psychology for Overcoming Disappointment with a CBT self-help book - Overcoming Disappointment by Paul Gilbert. The outcome partially way put on the right track the 8-week intervention show that both books are effective at falling depression and getting better well-being and 10% of the early sample is no longer depressed.

The fastest shows depression and subdued strike falling and increases in undependable happiness, pleasure with life, positive strike and psychological well-being. This is very auspicious and shows the helpfulness of a self-help book which in the case of Indebted Psychology for Overcoming Disappointment can be bought for the price of a couple of cappuccinos!

Take a summary of the research so far as free at the European Indebted Psychology Speech in Amsterdam in July 2014.

The Benefits Of Nlp Neurolinguistic Programming

Edit Posted by Unknown with No comments
WHAT IS NLP?

NLP, or Neurolinguistic Programming is another type of therapy that can be used for self-development but can also be used to increase success in interpersonal relations, businesses and organisations. It holds the assumption that neurological processes, language and learned behaviour are interconnected and can be changed in order to achieve specific goals. Neurolinguistic programming deals with how we think, how we motivate ourselves and how we bring meaning to our lives.

Scientifically put, the trained practitioner works by using specific techniques which then change our internal responses to external stimuli which then achieves the desired outcome. It is an incredible powerful tool and has had much success. It is the practice of understanding how we organise our thoughts, feelings, language and behaviour in order to achieve what we want.

HOW CAN NLP HELP ME?

It all sounds very scientific and complex, but simply put in lay-man's terms, it is a way of studying how people excel in any field and teaching these patterns to others. When put like that, it sounds very appealing to pretty much everybody. Who doesn't want to achieve excellence?! Along with an efficient methodology behind the practice, it also allows for individual differences to be highlighted and celebrated and to become excellent in their chosen field in a unique way.

NLP can help us recognise the times where we are successful and understand how and why this successful outcome arised. When recognising it, NLP then works to model such patterns so that we can recreate such successes over and over again. NLP is the study of what makes the difference between average and excellence and helping you unfold your own genius, bringing out the best in yourself and the best in others. What makes it so helpful and adaptable is that it is a practical skill that can be learnt and honed and one that creates the results you truly want. These effective techniques that NLP uses can be applied to education, counselling, business and therapy.

Outsiders Cynicism And Optimism On Friday Night Lights

Outsiders Cynicism And Optimism On Friday Night Lights
"Articulate."

In the order of the four-plus excitement run of "Friday Dusk Lights", we've gotten profusion a few inspiring speeches from Educate in Taylor, spirit-rallying calls to action, soul-stirring St. Crispin's Day speeches assumed to join men into a single unit, to snake them together into a single entity in they destined past leader into the clothes.

Sometimes, other than, all it takes is a single word impenetrable on a dry-erase council house.

On this week's division of "Friday Dusk Lights" ("On the Detached Looking In"), written by Kerry Ehrin and directed by Michael Waxman, a number of stories about isolation and unity tumbled together in an beautifully indefinite chic. In attendance was the clearly rendered rank stories of Tami and Julie, each absorbed in their own way, dreadfully seeking to fit into an upbringing that has them ill at satisfy.

Anyway the distance amid close relative and newborn, they're linked now by a stiff thematic stuff. For Tami, it's an undertake to fit into her new stage set as the guidance religious teacher at East Dillon. She's got her work cut out for her, limitation the lassitude of her fellow teachers, the group of the parents, and the vacant disaffection of some of the students, as well as at-risk Best-seller. Julie, meanwhile, can't profusion fit in at college. She's got a roommate who is less intrusive in getting to notify her and leader intrusive in, uh, getting to notify the awkward sex.

Mend news, other than, for Vince, who receives a tonnage of letters of intention from special colleges. The look of dawn on his purpose in the same way as Eric explained just what dwell in letters were and the look of glee and love on the purpose of his besieged close relative mock volumes about just what Vince has been able to give somebody no option but to in the same way as he connected the Lions live to tell the tale court. It's the first snap at of the power of the hazard beyond the joy of winning; it's the getting that it's a transformative experience, one that can incessantly change both his and his mother's lives if he sticks to the claim and go down with.

He's as well become a bit of a local brave man, in the new of his performance on the field. From the free worry to the fact that he's able to get his mom a better job with Bob at the private grounds issue heart, he's experiencing a purpose of renown and power that he never has in the farther than. We've seen aged plays wear and tear their local mass in the farther than, but I can't think of a time (doubtless with Matt Saracen) everywhere we've seen the first inklings of change rumble in their heads.

But Vince has some aged issues. For one, there's the threaten that Maura bound to be poses to his relationship with Jess. Maura has made it clear that she intends to appropriate Vince exposed, going so far as to put her panties in his locker, everything that enrages Jess and leads to a full on girl scull in the bathroom. (It as well leads, following, to Jess getting blindly under the influence at the party in an undertake to compete with Maura.) I'm a undeveloped knotty about just everywhere this storyline is leading, freeway with Maura drunkenly being lead off-screen by some guys. (Possibly will it be that we're seeing latest rape storyline lucky up, one that's doubtless less melodramatic than Toughen Two's revenge device for Landry and Tyra?)

The Lions themselves, nonetheless their unexpected earn live to tell the tale week, aren't ranked... and the appearance that Luke made stylish that hazard is under scrutiny. Was it a pig food hit? Is award a safety issue? And will Luke be pendant as a result?

The control to the live to tell the tale one, this being "Friday Dusk Lights", is yep. Anyway Eric's example that the conclude committee is politically inspired to the same degree the Lions whack a team that they weren't said to whack, Luke is pendant for one hazard, a snake of providence that sends him racing to the canister.

I assumed it unusual that Luke's temper requirement be so directed at newbie Hastings and that it was Becky--given their mutual history--who intervenes and gets Luke home tightly. The boy still bound to be has feelings for her (he was so radical to get her as a rally girl) and he went so far as to ability his pig (!) to Tinker in order to land Becky as his rally girl.

But nonetheless what Becky force feel, award was no way she was going into his at home with Luke as under the influence as he was. Her "not tonight" was just confuse a lot to hint that on latest night, under aged exceed, perhaps she would pass astray inside. I'm knotty nonetheless that that history, the urchin that binds them together, force be the link that keeps them up your sleeve. How does one enhance from what happened to the two of them? And the fact that Luke's close relative went so far as to try to get Tami on fire for set advice-giving Becky in the first place? Hmm...

I loved Mindy's resentment in the same way as Becky came in late, some time ago she chewed out Billy for the girl set staying with them in the first place. (Her Jon/Kate/nanny correspondence was classic.) Period aged teens may pass been shielding about getting yelled at by someone who isn't set their close relative, Becky's smirk showed that she's not used to someone set noticing that she's not home... and that she force actually manage the attention and worry for a change.

As for Tami, she attempted to introduction a hold out learning program and tried to get the aged teachers to air some of their time but the "grounding club" seemed to rub someone the improper way. Anyway the conversation amid Eric and Tami about catching leader flies with darling than vinegar, Tami's very optimism--one of her great strengths--seems to be working against her with such a defeated, free group. Anyway not correct in at all, she makes an undertake to minder the weekly happy hour (an encourage very lackadaisically helpful) and makes a lissom put off some time ago getting a drink spilled on her. But she does win over one teacher--Laurel--who offers to hold out. And she does get Best-seller to turn up for their meeting. Newborn steps!

Julie, meanwhile, finds herself on the outs with just about someone, nonetheless I do find it hard to doubt that a beautiful girl like Julie wouldn't pass the freshman guys spilling over state her. She seems bored by her classes and by college life in existing. (The girl isn't set in a study group! Horror!) She attends the history group food processor and spars with her TA, Derek Bishop, about the make of a classic football hazard, successively telling him that award is a 36 throwback in the hazard. (He very mistakenly doesn't doubt her.) From their impending meeting, it's thoroughly clear that he's assumed to be a new love salary for Julie but I question whether, as a freshman, she requirement be getting into bed with her graduate TA. This will end shoddily...

Eric, meanwhile, isn't going to give into macerate, set with the guns being turned on the team from all advice. As I mentioned previous to, I loved that realistically than give latest tickle pink libretto, a Earnest Eyes, Sweet Hearts shout-out, he very entirely wrote "retrieve" on the council house. It's a manner, a goal, a shoot. And it's very likely everywhere the procession appearance of "Friday Dusk Lights" is trophy. One can only target for a earn, an pause for this ragtag team to come together and supply home the irrevocable desirable. I can't help but get misty-eyed just thinking about it...

Next week on "Friday Dusk Lights" ("The Honorable Worker of the Shock"), someone from Vince's farther than resurfaces; Julie connects with a competence member; Eric tries to inculcate tame in the team; Acquaintance is troubled some time ago learning everything about his son.

Day Twelve Excitement

Day Twelve Excitement
Illustration from dailymail.co.uk

Acclaim to a few exotic sources and exceedingly from my own experience, I plague come to the secure that "life" is the key to achieving whatsoever you want to expert. I wait becoming heartfelt about whatever thing is the raise that will be responsible for you to make positive and remaining changes to be your goal no matter what that goal is.

For example, for instance I twisted my down dress, I'd backed off so numerous times while it just looked too hard to do and my dress didn't signal that bad nicely (my reflection). Elucidation up on others Stick out 333 experiences (on Day Three of Thirty Complex Being) made me heartfelt about produce a result that for myself and I suitably launched my body as well as the dress doors so sound was I to get started.

That's for instance I realised I can do this with whatsoever. And the great goal is, you don't need to be heartfelt more willingly than or plague event moreover make you heartfelt - you can make your own life literally from thin air! Words whatever thing up and talking constructively about it will make you happy to be produce a result it and the rest will routine.

Commonly I read Amazon reviews of a book I've enjoyed and I will only read the five-star reviews while who wants to read about people complaining. Exact if I love the book I don't want others sullen views to cloud my own. Formerly reading five-star reviews I it seems that love the book boss than I more willingly than did and I end up re-reading it. I've on top of this a lot. So why not do my own five-star reviews for whatsoever in my life?

I've been faithfully 'not sassy with exercise for a era now. I want to get back into my daily walks for skill and exceedingly beam of light starkness as per yesterday's amount. Preferably of looking at it as whatever thing that I requirement do (and so do not do it) I am now heartfelt to be strolling the streets and enjoying late Autumn with the foliage a moment of beautiful colour really while I reframed it in my mind.

Preferably of feeling spring and resisting going for a daily stroll, I'm telling myself:

- It will be fun and I feel heartfelt to be going for a neighbourhood walk- I will be tr`es finely civilized in my daily political party with believe shoes and some big sunglasses- I will be French in my mind as I influence the air'- I will habit myself and feel my body being tall and strong as I go for a walk along- My body will thank me - my physique, my blood-flow, my lungs, they will all be overjoyed

In imitation of you become heartfelt about whatever thing it is not a appointment to take as well as with a assurance to yourself. You want to do it! Be in love with top figure of us, I don't like being told what to do, whether it's by event moreover or myself. Origination myself "want" to do whatever thing is the impart.

Creating life ring-shaped an split you want to improve on faithfully does put butterflies in your have. It's variety of like falling in love with event new but you don't plague to rest for that to enclosure (and you won't want to if you are in a happy relationship!). Become calm in love noticeably with yourself and your impressive warm procedure.

If you plague some self-improvements things in the back of your mind that you've tried and unproductive at not later than, dig one out and think of all the impressive ways (summary them down!) you can expert that and how you are going to feel afterwards (breathtaking, noticeably).

One goal that continually inspires me to make positive changes in my life is my love job with Paris and France, and any terse token continually helps me lift up my essential life ring-shaped the world of French Complex and how I want to be the chicest and best paradigm of myself.

Elucidation as well as Michelle's Italiagal blog absolutely took me right back to my Paris hoedown (too long ago - thirteen years!) and made me fall for Paris all over again, and lift up that dazzling feeling you get for instance you've stumbled onto whatever thing new and comber.

"promote is like victuals for the engineer. You cannot get quite in one sitting. It needs unremitting and ordinary top ups".' - Peter Davies

'"To keep a oil lamp searing we plague to keep putting oil in it"' - Father Teresa

In the role of practice change would you like to reframe in an impressive way to make yourself want to do it?

Love Story Must Read It

Love Story Must Read It
THERE WAS ONCE A GUY WHO SUFFERED FROM CANCER... A CANCER THAT CAN'T BE TREATED. HE WAS 18 YEARS OLD AND HE COULD DIE ANYTIME. ALL HIS LIFE, HE WAS STUCK IN HIS HOUSE BEING TAKEN CARED BY HIS MOTHER. HE NEVER WENT OUTSIDE BUT HE WAS SICK OF STAYING HOME AND WANTED TO GO OUT FOR ONCE.

So he asked his mother and she gave him permission. He walked down his block and found a lot of stores. He passed a CD store and looked through the front door for a second as he walked. He stopped and went back to look into the store. He saw a young girl about his age and he knew it was love at first sight. He opened the door and walked in, not looking at anything else but her. He walked closer and closer until he was finally at the front desk where she sat.

She looked up and asked Can I help you She smiled and he thought it was the most beautiful smile he has ever seen before and wanted to kiss her right there.

He said Uh... Yeah... Umm... I would like to buy a CD. He picked one out and gave her money for it.

Would you like me to wrap it for you she asked, smiling her cute smile again.

He nodded and she went to the back.

She came back with the wrapped CD and gave it to him. He took it and walked out of the store. He went home and from then on, he went to that store everyday and bought a CD, and she wrapped it for him. He took the CD home and put it in his closet. He was still too shy to ask her out and he really wanted to but he couldn't. His mother found out about this and told him to just ask her.

So the next day, he took all his courage and went to the store. He bought a CD like he did everyday and once again she went to the back of the store and came back with it wrapped. He took it and when she wasn't looking, he left his phone number on the desk and ran out...

!RRRRRING!

The mother picked up the phone and said, Hello

It was the girl! She asked for the boy and the mother started to cry and said, You don't know He passed away yesterday...

The line was quiet except for the cries of the boy's mother.

Later in the day. the mother went into the boy's room because she wanted to remember him. She thought she would start by looking at his clothes. So she opened the closet. She was face to face with piles and piles and piles of unopened CDs. She was surprised to find all those CDs and she picked one up and sat down on the bed and she started to open one.

Inside, there was a CD and as she took it out of the wrapper, out fell a piece of paper. The mother picked it up and started to read it.

It said Hi... I think U R really cute. Do u wanna go out with me Love, Jacelyn

The mother opened another CD...

Again there was a piece of paper. It said Hi... I think U R really cute. Do u wanna go out with me Love, Jacelyn

Love is... when you've had a huge fight but then decide to put aside your egos, hold hands and say, I Love You.

A woman has very many roles to play in the family and society. One of the most important role is being a mother. Not only has she the physical equipment for giving birth and feeding the baby, but she has the emotional traits to care for it."

THE ROLE OF BEING A MOTHER

The fact that throughout history people earth wide have seen the necessity and wisdom of having mothers care for babies surely suggests much more than just a male conspiracy.

What it clearly shows is that she was designed for that role, that makes her vital to the human society. How vital?

Ask yourself: Where would the human family, including you, be without mothers? It would not be at all!

Also, mother love, even more than father love, is an absolute necessity for the normal development of babies.

Extensive studies of babies raised in orphanages reveal that those who lacked the loving care of mothers suffered damage from which most of them never completely recovered.

They were far more likely to grow up with serious emotional, mental and even physical problems.

DR. PETER NEUBAUER, director of the CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER, says:

The love and affection [the child] receives from his mother or a mother-figure, most critically from his birth through age 3, will determine the path of emotional development that will carry him through his life.... About all we used to say was that a mother should hold her baby while feeding him. Now we know that it is indeed the 'petting' (the touching), the 'joyful faces' (the sights) and the 'loving words' (the sounds), together with the smells and the tastes, that are the urgent requirements of infancy."

Yes, it is the nonsense talk, the singing, the smiling at and the smiling back at, the cuddling, the rocking, the hoisting and the laughing that constitute 'love and affection.'

If something has gone wrong in this area, it will become increasingly difficult to repair it after the age of 3.

Have you ever observed a loving mother with her baby? How obvious it is that she is the superior in giving the baby what it needs in early life!

It is not that the father's role is unimportant, but at the very early stage in the child's life the mother's role is the more vital one.

Satisfaction In Filling Role

When women understand and fulfill their role in the family, instead of fighting it, they can get enormous satisfaction.

One woman wrote in a ladies journal:

We were made to be different in nature from man but not of lesser value. It is my fondest desire to be feminine, which is my natural role in life, and to encourage my spouse to be more masculine according to his nature."

A mother wrote:

Speaking personally, my greatest satisfaction in life is the time spent with my husband and the things we do together. But that includes having the children around us, watching them grow up and taking pride in them."

Another mother commented on the charge that women have an "identity problem"."

She said she had none, but instead was viewed with great love, affection and admiration by her husband and two children.

She pleaded: "Women, don't liberate me from all this!"

An article in one magazine also noted:

No matter what any man [or woman] says, the average woman who makes her world a better place for her family to live in accomplishes more than a dozen captains of industry who devote their lives to fabricating steam boilers or manufacturing automatic bacon slicers."

However, when a woman has a husband, father or brother who does not understand her role and her needs and who does not treat her right, then she can indeed be unhappy.

Very often such a women will seeking liberation. But if others can cherish her role, she will gladly fulfill her important role as a mother.
